Henry died on the 12th of April, 1910 in Polk County, Missouri.[6] NOTE: Henry's tombstone gives his date of death as 12th JUNE 1910. Henry's Missouri death certificate gives his date of death as 12th April, 1910, and the cause of death as Lobar Pneumonia listed as being 13 days in duration. The death certificate was signed by Jas. A. Lyttle MD. Henry was buried in the Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery, Polk County, Missouri, USA.[7]
