Biography

This person may be a missing link for a James and Matilda Ligon connection to Laura J Ligon Hunter? Researchers point to an aunt or mother named Matilda Burns married to a son of a William named James (Ligon). Dabney is too young so the missing William parent of James Ligon is probably an uncle namesake that is as yet an undocumented sibling in the male line.
