Lucy was born on December 19, 1755 at Gloucester County, Virginia, a daughter of William Lilly (?? - 1781).^[1]

Marriage and Children

Lucy married on September 10, 1778, to her step-brother, Richard Billups (4/28/1753 - 9/30/1822), a son of John Billups and Ann Avery.^[1]

Death and Legacy

Lucy died on February 11, 1816,^[1] probably at Mathews County, Virginia, where she and Richard lived. Richard died just a few years later, on September 30, 1822.^[1]
