Daniel married Elizabeth Lincoln on 23 Jan 1677/78 at Hingham, Massachusetts.[2] Elizabeth was the daughter of Thomas "The Husbandman" Lincoln and Margaret Langer Lincoln.[1]

Hezekiah Lincoln. Born 25 Dec. 1681.
Elizabeth Lincoln. Born 26 Feb 1688-89. She married Nathaniel Nichols. They had eight children together.
Isaac Lincoln. Born 20 Oct. 1691. He died before his father.
Martha Lincoln. Born 13 Feb 1694-95. She married at Hull, Mass. on 12 Dec 1717 to Moses Lincoln of Hingham, Mass.
Sarah Lincoln. Birth date not recorded. married unknown Church of Little Compton.
