Biography

Nellie was married to Charles T. Williams on 26 December 1913 in Wood County. He born 23 April 1871 and was from Chicago, Illinois. Her first marriage was to Balser Marti on 29 March 1883 in Lucas County. She had children Carrie, James, Lewis, Nellie, and William. Nellie was the daughter of James Sanderson and Elizabeth Hugh Lincoln from Vermont and Massachusetts and one of ten children. Prior to her birth, her father was killed during the Civil War.[1]

She was born 11 August 1864 in Montgomery Township, Wood County, Ohio, the daughter of James Lincoln and Elizabeth Baker. Her father had been killed in the Civil War before Nellie's birth, and her mother died when Nellie was seventeen.

She married Balser Marti 29 March 1883 in Lucas County, Ohio. They were the parents of eight children: Marguirite, Caroline, James, Pearl, Louis, Pearl, Nellie and William.

After her first husband's death, she married Charles T. Williams 26 December 1913 in Wood County, Ohio.[2]

She died 27 November in Dade County, Florida at the age of 71.[3] Her remains were buried at Fort Meigs Cemetery in Perrysburg, Ohio.[4]
