Birth

Abraham was born about 1883, the son of Abraham Lincoln Sr. and Sally English. It does not seem that Abraham Sr. and Sally ever formalized a marriage.

Name

His Hocąk name is the attested Thunderbird Clan name Wakąjámąnįga, "Walking Thunder[bird]", from Wakąjá, "Thunderbird"; mąnį, "to walk", and -ga, a definite article suffix used in personal names.

He was married to Mary Wilkenson (b. 1890). (1910 census)

1886 — as a one year old baby, he was living with his mother Sally and her then husband Ed Priest on the Winnebago Indian Reservation in Thurston County, Nebraska. (census)

1887 — he begins living with his father Abraham Lincoln and his wife who raise him on the reservation at Winnebago, Nebraska. (census)

1910 — he was residing with his mother and her husband John Rave under the name "Abraham Priest" on the reservation in Winnebago, Thurston County, Nebraska. (census)
