Biography

Stella Marion Lindsay was born on 10 Jun 1903 in Dunlop, Beresford, Gloucester, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of David Lindsay (1862–1941) and Mary Ann Payne (1862–1955).

Stella (22) married Frederick Morris Briggs (23) (born on 12 Jan 1902 in Lindsay, Wakefield; son of Charles Frederick Briggs and Alice (Wolhaupter) Briggs) on 17 Sep 1925 in Bathurst, Gloucester. Their known son was Eric Charles Briggs (1927–2018).

Stella died on 9 Dec 1960 in Lindsay, Wakefield, Carleton, New Brunswick, aged 57. She was buried in Lindsay United Baptist Church Cemetery, Lindsay, Carleton County, New Brunswick.[1]
