Biography
William was born in 1862 in Maids Moreton, the son of Thomas and Louisa.
He was living with his widowed mother right through to 1911, working as a general labourer, and unmarried.
The 1921 census, soon to be released, may provide more information, but there is no obvious marriage record locally (it seems likely he did not marry if he was single when aged 48).
And he most probably died in his home village in 1942.
