Biography

Doan was born in 1784 in Pennsylvania. It is possible that he was born in Maryland, but his father purchased the land in Bedford County, Pennsylvania in February 1784. He was the son of Anthony Ling and Elizabeth Rad.

Doan disappeared in 1790 while living in Bedford, Pennsylvania.[1]
