Effie was the daughter of Milton Clark and Minnie Henry Linger. [1]

She was married twice, first to Albert Kemper Smith and second to William Harvey Watson.

She worked for the Brilliant Glass Company in Weston, West Virginia and eventually retired from the company. [2]

Effie married Albert Kemper Smith (1884-1952) on December 11, 1923 in Weston, West Virginia. [3]

Effie married William Harvey Watson (1913-1982) on August 23, 1942. [4]

In a totally bizarre way of happenings, I was visiting my Dad's grave last weekend & was disgusted at the condition of his grave and his "neighbor's". My son, husband & I spent 4 hours cleaning up random nearby graves and by surprise, one of my them was Effie's father's!
