Named Thomas Burns Lynn in the 1900 census, Thomas was known as "Tasso". In fact, the gravestone shared with his wife displays his name as Tasso B. Linn. In the 1900 census, his wife was listed as Emma J. Lynn. The gravestone displays Emma J. Linn. The dates on the stone agree with the 1900 census.
Thomas was a farmer. While he was born in Arkansas, the 1900 census states that both his parents were born in Tennessee.
Thomas and Emma are buried in Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple, Bell County, Texas.
