Biography

Lena was born in 1850.

Lena Lipkin married Moshe Baline. In the 1900 census Lena (age 50) was the wife of Moses Balim in Manhattan, New York, New York.^[1]

In the 1910 census Lena (age 62) was the widowed mother of Irving Berlin in Bronx Assembly District 32, New York, New York, United States.^[2] Lena was in a directory in 1915 at 834 Beck in the Woodstock neighborhood of The Bronx.^[3]

Lena died (age 72) on 21 July 1922 in Bronx, New York, United States. She was buried at Washington Cemetery, Brooklyn, New York.^[4][5]
