Elizabeth Ann Fanning (~22) passed away about 1767 in Eagle Furnace, Wythe County, Virginia.
She was buried at Old Fanning Cemetery in Carroll County, Virginia, USA. Note: Her Find a Grave memorial shows her death as 1767 with a daughter, Mary Elizabeth Fanning, born in 1771. Obviously either one of these two years is incorrect -or- Elizabeth is not the mother of Mary Elizabeth.[1]

However, just how many * Elizabeth Fannings, * born Lipps, * Living in Randolph Virginia * with Husbands named John Fanning and * a Son named Joseph Fanning, do you suppose could be found in a period of even 800 years as opposed to only 8 ? (1745 - 1737).
Could you accept perhaps a simple typo was made?
I've been guilty of making many errors much greater than eight (8) years. Hopefully I've corrected most.
Lipps-242 and Lipps-170 appear to represent the same person because: All data fields other than birth yeat are mirror images. Same name, spouse, child, etc.
