Robert William Lipscomb was born on 29 April 1872 in Cooma, New South Wales, Australia, the son of Elizabeth Sommerville Lipscomb and Benjamin Sebright Lipscomb.[1]
Robert died on 15 November 1872 in Woolloomooloo, New South Wales, aged seven months.[1]
