Elizabeth Lipscomb was born in about 1744.
She married Richard Minchin (son of William Minchin and Jane Andrews) on 23 April 1764 at the parish Church in Petersfield, Hampshire, after Banns. The witnesses were William Minchin and Mary Minchin.
They had the following children:
- Elizabeth Minchin (b. 4 Oct 1765, d. 1809)
- Thomas Andrews Minchin (b. 11 Nov 1767, d. Apr 1834)
- William Minchin (b. 29 Jun 1772, d. 7 Sep 1845)
She died some time after 1772.
