WEDDING BELLS CLUTTERBUCK-LITTLE The marriage took place at St. Andrew's Church of England, Tingha, on Saturday, 24th October, of Gladys Hazel, fourth daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Little, of Tingha, to Richard Henry, son of Mr. and the late Mrs. R. Clutterbuck, of Armidale, the Rev. G. H. Rae officiating. The bride, who was given away by her father, was handsomely attired in powder blue crepe de chene with trimmings of silver lace and wore silver shoes to match. She wore a pretty wreath and veil (kindly lent by her sister (Mrs. J. Buck)) and carried a bouquet of cream roses and asparagus fern. The bride's sister, Miss Christina May Little, acted as bridesmaid, gowned in shrimp crepe de chene with hat and shoes to tone. Miss Freda Edith Little acted as flower girl. The duties of best man were carried out by Mr. Maxwell Donoghue, of Armidale. The wedding breakfast was held at the residence of Mrs. J. Buck, where the bride's mother, attired in grey crepe de chene, received the large number of quests who took part. The usual toasts were honored and the young couple left in the afternoon for their future home at Armidale. |
