Biography

Nathaniel Littlefield was born 6 April 1691 to Edmond and Elizabeth (Mott) Littlefield. [1]

Nathaniel married (1) Abigail Spear on 18 December 1718, [1] [2] she was buried 10 March 1726. [1] [3]

Nathaniel married (2) Deborah Thayer on 6 April 1731. [1] [4]

Nathaniel was elected surveyor of highways 1728, [5] constable 1736 but refused it, [6] [7] on a committee for a school in the So. Precinct 1730, [8] surveyor of highways 1733. [9] His father gave him half of his homestead of 125 acres & 1/4 part of his saw mill. He was partner in the Land Bank scheme of 1740. [1]
