Elizabeth Littler was born in about 1837 in Liverpool, Lancashire. She was the daughter of William and Catherine Littler. She never married.
By June 6th 1841, William and Catherine and their two little girls were living with William's parents near Toll Gate, Eccleston. William was an agricultural labourer, probably working for his father who was a farmer.
Elizabeth's son James was born in about 1866 in St Helens.[1]
Elizabeth's father died in 1881, aged 67. Her mother died in 1883, aged 67.
Elizabeth died in 1889, aged 52, and was buried on 21 May 1889 in St Helens Cemetery with her parents.
