Biography

Lydia was a Friend (Quaker)

Lydia was born in 1768. She was the daughter of Mincher Litter and Deborah Hadley. She passed away in 1844.

When Lydia Littler was age 18, she married John William Cox, age 21, in the Holly Spring Quaker Meeting House on 15 December 1791 in Randolph County, North Carolina. They were the parents of ten children, all born in the Holly Spring Quaker Meeting community below Ramseur, Randolph County, North Carolina.
