Kate was born in 1875. ^[1]She is the daughter of William Livingston and Alice Gibson. The 1881 Census found the family in Heaton, Northumberland, England. ^[2] The 1891 Census found the family in Rye Hill Park, Camberwell, London, England ^[3]
