This may be Thomas Lloyd (b. abt 1671 in Wales, prob. Llanfor, Merion, Wales; d. Sep. 18, 1748 in Merion Station, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA; bur. Merion Station, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA). His wife was Elizabeth Williams (b. 14 May 1672 in Bala, Merionethshire, Wales; d. 6 Feb 1748 in Merion, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA; bur. Merion Station, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA). They had 9 or 10 children (I can't be certain of the exact number), one of whom was named Sarah, born in 1701.

If this is your Thomas Lloyd, his father was David Lloyd (1645-1685) and his mother's name was Gwen.
