Biography

Allen Alfred Loader was born on 14 Sep 1897[1][2] in Kansas.[1] His gravestone shows that he was born on the same date in 1898.[3]

In 1900, Allen A. Loader lived in Gill Township, Clay, Kansas, with his mother Elizabeth and 5 brothers and sisters. Mother Elizabeth is shown as married, although no husband is present.[1]

When he registered for the World War 1 Draft in Clay County, Kansas, on 12 Sept 1918, Allen Alfred Loader said he was 20 years old. He lived on RR 3, "Wakfield," Clay, Kansas, and worked as a farm hand for Thomas Louder. His nearest relative was Lizzie Loader of the same home address.[2]

Allen died on 24 Mar 1962 and is buried at the Greenridge Cemetery, Dickinson County, Kansas.[3] You can see a picture of the gravestone he shares with his wife Lena L. Loader at FindAGrave.
