John was born about 1635. He is the son of William Locke.
The wills of both (cousin) Andrew Locke and (uncle) Humphrey Locke appear to include provision for John and his two siblings, though this is not confirmed.
Humphrey the elder's merely refers to the children of his brother William, and Andrew's to kinsman Humphrey Locke and siblings John and Annys.
