His inventory was taken on 8 November 1751 and recorded in Fairfield.[1]
The distribution was recorded on 30 January 1754 to the widow Betty, the eldest son Daniel, Betty, his daughter, and Nathaniel, the youngest son.[2]
On 17 February 1761, his daughter Betty's guardian Jacob St. John signed a receipt for money that Betty received from her father and her grandfather's estate.[3]

It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Daniel by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
