Joseph LEONARD174 was born on 10 July 1779 in Washington Co., PA. He died in Ohio. He contracted to build a part of the National Road across PA to Wheeling, WV. In 1822 he moved to Guernsey Co, OH. In 1828 he moved to Delaware Co., OH.
Joseph LEONARD and Rachel LOGAN were married about 1797. Rachel LOGAN was born about 1781. She died in Ohio. Her death location is in question. She may have died in Pennsylvania.
