The only record I can find for a person with a similar name born in 1857: "United States Census, 1860", database with images, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MZCG-42Y : 11 November 2020), Eva T Lombard in entry for Chas O Lombard, 1860.
