Almeda Lenore, aka Lenore, was born April 8, 1902 in Bloomfield, New Brunswick. She was a daughter of William London and Ada Sarah (Carvell) London, farmers in Carvell, New Brunswick.[1][2]
She married William Pryor, a farmer from Lakeville, Carleton County, on November 19, 1924 in Wilmot Parish. He was a son of Thomas Pryor and Helen (Tompkins) Pryor.[3]
In 1925, Lenore and her husband moved to Maine and established themselves in Houlton.[4]
In 1940, they were living in Houlton, Maine working as a maid and handyman.[5]
Almeda passed away on Feb 24, 1994 in Houlton at the age of 91 and is interred there at the Evergreen Cemetery.[2][6][7]
