Charles was born in 1798. He presumedly married February of 1825, based on the date of his marriage application. In the 1860 census, his household is two households apart from that of his wife's, with whom five of his children are residing. Enumerated with Charles are Lucinda, age 20, Ida, age 9, which, according to FAG, are children of his brother, Israel. Since Israel was still living in 1860, why were his two daughters in the household of Charles? The 1880 census shows the marital status of Charles as divorced. Charles passed away in 1882.
