Biography

When Harriet Elizabeth Long was born on August 10, 1868, in Uxbridge, Ontario, her father, Joseph, was 41, and her mother, Emily Jane Mary Vanluven, was 33. She married Joseph Brown on June 19, 1885. They had four children during their marriage. She died on November 14, 1931, in her hometown at the age of 63.
