Biography

Clara Elenor Longworth was born on 3 October 1873 in Cincinnati. She was the daughter of Nicholas Longworth and Suzanne Walker. The wife of Jacques Aldebert, Comte de Chambrun, she died on 31 May 1954 in the sixth arrondissement of Paris.[1]

Joseph Longworth 66 yrs, Capitalist, Nicholas 35 yrs, daughter-in-law Susan 34 yrs, grandchildren - Nicholas 9 yrs, Anna 7 yrs, Clara 5 yrs, 9 servants, resided in 1880 in Cincinnati, Ohio.[2]

Clara married on 19 Feb 1901 by Archbishop John Ireland, Old Cathedral, St Peter in Chains, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Albert James de Chambrun of Paris, France. [3]

Count Aldebert de Chambrun, later General de Chambrun, a direct descendant of the Marquis de Lafayette on February 19, 1901 [4]
