Josiah II was the son of Josiah and Mary (Rockwell) Loomis
He married first Esther Unknown on 15 Oct 1718 - parents of Benoni
After the death of Esther he married Thankful Warner about 1719 at Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut - their children were Esther, Rachel, Daniel, Elijah, Thankful, Jerusha, Ebenezer and Sarah Loomis
