Rhoda Leonora "Nora" Lord, daughter of Joseph Murphy Lord and Rhoda (Royers, Rogers, Ragers) Lord, was born on 25 May 1849 in Franklin Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.[1] She appeared on the census of 28 Aug. 1850 in the home of her parents at Franklin, Luzerne, Pennsylvania.[2]
She married Jacob Sands, son of Samuel C. Sands and Caroline (Carpenter) Sands,[1]
Jacob died on 4 Feb. 1888 and she married Harford Krewson about 1910.[1]
Rhoda died on 15 March 1935 at Forkston, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania and was buried at Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania. Her memorial has a photo, a copy of her death certificate, her pension application, transcriptions of census records and links to those of family members.[1]
