...to Susannah my well beloved wife - all the household goods she brought with her, the lower rooms in the NW part of my dwelling house, convenient part of the cellar and part of the yard, support while she remains my widow; my dau Mary - 50 pounds, the 1/4th part of what is due me & my heirs from father Haskall estate; my son Joseph, when he attains the full age of 21, 50 pounds, the 1/4th part of what is due me & my heirs from father Haskall estate; my son Nathaniel, when he attains the full age of 21, 50 pounds, the 1/4th part of what is due me & my heirs from father Haskall estate; my son James Lord, the whole of my estate, real, personal and moveable except what has already been given; son James Lord sole Exec.
