Biography

Ealallean "Lillian" Jacques was born in Utah, United States, 1 Jan 1892. She was the daughter of Charles De Jacques (KS 1871) and Mollie Flitner (ME 1876). Her professional name was Lillian Lorraine. Her other names included Mary Ann Brennan, Lillian O'Brien.[1]

Lillian lived in Colorado.

  • 1912: Lillian married Frederick M. Griesheimer, March 27, 1912.[1] The marriage was later found to be invalid, as Griesheimer had not divorced his first wife.
  • 1913: Lillian and Griesheimer remarried, May 1913.[1] Three months later, Lorraine filed to have the marriage annulled after claiming that Griesheimer misrepresented himself.[4][5][6]
  • 1946: Lillian married Jack O'Brien. According to Lorraine's biographer, Nils Hanson, no records of a marriage exist and the marriage was likely a common-law marriage.[1]

Lillian died 17 Apr 1955, New York City, New York, United States.[1][7]
