Biography

Matilda Smith was born in 1891 in Kentucky^[1][2], the daughter of John Albert Smith and Margaret Jane Kennedy.

Matilda married Walter Losey about 1908, likely in Kansas, where her daughter Thelma, was born^[3][4] Walter died in 1955 at Medford, Oregon.^[5]

Matilda Hendrix Smith married Lawrence Lesley Arnett on 17 June 1963 in Oregon^[1].

Matilda Losey Arnett passed away in 1989.^[6][2] She was interred next to her first husband at Siskiyou Memorial Park, Medford, Oregon.^[7]
