The daughter of Ernest Losey Sr. and Florence (DeTray) Losey, Virginia was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1906. She married Jesse D. Fessenden (1905-1927) in Grand Rapids, Michigan on June 23, 1926.[1] Jesse died of pneumonia 14 months later, in 1927. Virginia remarried, marrying Ike Keegstra on December 24, 1927.[2] They had one son together, and divorced on May 11, 1929.[3] At the time the 1930 U.S. federal census was enumerated, on April 11, Virginia and her son were living in with the Decker family in Grandville, Michigan, in Kent County, where Virginia worked as a domestic.[4] Virginia married again, marrying George Lovell Green (1907-1963) in Grandville two weeks later, on April 22, 1930.[5] They made their home in Kelloggsville, in Kent County, where George was employed as a laborer at an airport.[6] The couple had three children together:

George passed away in 1963 and Virginia married a fourth time, marrying Roy Oscar Wade, who had been married previously to Gertrude A. Harker. Oscar passed away in 1980, and Virginia resided fir in Cedar Springs[7] and then in Grand Rapids.[8]Virginia passed away at the age of 80, in 1986, at Butterworth Hospital in Sparta, Michigan.[9][10][11]
