Johannes was born in 1743. He passed away in 1822.


Born 10 APR 1743. Ancram, Columbia, New York.

Loonenburg record of baptism at Ankrum of Johannes May 12 1743 gives dob and lists parents as Balth. Loot and Lisabeth. Witnesses were Henr. Balth. and Lisabeth Bartels (NYGBR p. 240). Also Jones p. 581. Relationship of sponsors undetermined.

Jones adds the appearance that Johannes was a loyalist and proposes Eva —— as a wife (ib.)

Died 1822 Sidney Township, Hastings, Upper Canada.
