Biography
Luther was born about 1838 in Tennessee. His parents were Robert Love and Nancy Rackley. Luther married Nancy Jane Allen and they raised a large family. He passed away in 1928 in DeKalb County, Tennessee, from Influenza followed by pneumonia.
