Robert Love bio: became a policeman then a miner in WA after moving there from NSW
WA death registration 133/1913 in Boulder
newspaper 13/11/1913 reported an affray at the rear of the Terminus Hotel, Boulder, at which Robert Love sustained a fractured skull and was sent to hospital. another, later item (Kalgoorlie Western Argus 25/11/1913) says that after a fight behind the Terminus Hotel with Vincent Joseph Boyle, Robert Love was knocked down but got up and assisted by two friends, walked home but later the doctor was called, diagnosed a fractured skull, and soon after Robert Love died. Boyle was charged with unlawfully killing Love; bail was lodged; both men were miners in Kalgoorlie, Love described as tall and a former police corporal, leaving a widow and several children.
