Dallas was born in 1892. He was the son of Andrew Love and Margaret Clynch. [1]

Dallas Fairbairn LOVE served in the Australian Imperial Force (AIF) in World War 1. His enlistment date was 09 Mar 1915. His address when he enlisted was c/o Andrew Love, Engineer-in-Charge, Public Works Department, Telegraph Point, New South Wales. His occupation when he enlisted was Dairy expert. His unit was: Mobile Vet Section 1 and Mobile Vet Section 2, Reinforcement 6. His rank was Sergeant. Killed in Action 4 September 1916, France. [3]
He passed away in 1916 and is buried at Ypres (Ieper), Arrondissement Ieper, West Flanders (West-Vlaanderen), Belgium
