Luther Thomas 'Tom" Lovelace was born in Urey, Pennsylvania on 21 April 1909. He is the son of Raymond Lovelace and Mabel Baird. Tom served in WWII in the Army from 5 Feb 1942 until 26 Oct 1945. He was a M/Sgt. in Company L. 271st Infantry. On 10 Feb 1945 his company entered Germany and were there until the victory in Europe on 8 May 1945. Tom passed away in Punxsutawney on 30 Sep 1986.
