John Lovell immigrated to New England as a child during the Puritan Great Migration (1621-1640).
John Lovell, son of Robert Lovell and Elizabeth Unknown, was born in about 1627 (based on being age 8 on 20 Mar 1634/5), in England.[1] John immigrated in 1635 to Weymouth, Massachusetts Bay Colony, on the Marygould at age 8 with his parents.[1]
John died before 9 December 1709 at Barnstable, Barnstable County, Province of Massachusetts Bay, when his estate was settled. The settlement on that date mentioned his widow Jane, son John Lovell, son James Lovell, son William Lovell, son Andrew Lovell, daughter Pheby wife of Thomas Bumpos, daughter Elizabeth wife of Thomas Ewer, and Jane wife of Shubal Claghorn.[3]

John, b. bef. 5 Nov 1651, when mentioned in the will of his maternal grandfather, Elder William Hatch; d. young.
This John Lovell is is a different person than John the tanner or John the cooper.
