Biography
Wilfrid was born in 1886 in Lancashire, England. He was the son of John Lowe and Caroline Carter. It is unclear if he married or had any children.He remained in Lancashire throughout his life. It is here he passed away in 1992. He was cremated on 19 Jun 1992. It is unknown if his ashes were interred in a mausoleum.
Note: He took his mother's maiden name as an adult.
