Biography

When Clara Leslie Lowe was born on May 31, 1880, in Washington, Kansas, her father, Joseph G Lowe, was 33, and her mother, Inez Ann Vedder, was 25. She married Dr. Ralph Evans Runkle on October 12, 1904. They had one child during their marriage. She died on December 17, 1952, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 72, and was buried in Rose Hill Burial Park there.
