Biography
Oscar Lowe was born 13 Dec 1920, the son of Jesse William Lowe and Mary Elizabeth Franklin Lowe. He married Dorothy Maye Benson, and they had four daughters: Linda, Mary Elizabeth, Ramoth Ann, and Dorothy Maye. He had a second wife by the name of Wilma.
He was raised in Epis Orphanage South Carolina starting at age 11 when his parents passed away. He flew with the 341st Bomber Group, and 11th Bomb squad in WWII, was part of the Drayton Masonic Lodge and retired from the Norfolk & Southern Railroad.[1]
