He married Alethia Eliza Weech, daughter of William John Weech and Clementina Lavinia Hall Weech, 21 August 1882 in Current, Eleuthera. The couple had children including S B B Lowe, Minerva Lily, Blanche Louise, Clarence Andrew, Myrtle Lea, and Olive Alene Lowe.
His will of 1924 does not mention SB Lowe, Clarence Andrew (deceased) nor Myrtle Lea (deceased) . Was SB deceased or is his inclusion in this profile an error? The will does include William Henry,
William S Lowe died in 4 January 1924 in Eleuthera, Bahamas in his 67th year.
