Roger Lowe was born in Appalachia, in Tennessee.
Roger was born in 1954.
He was the son of Odas Low and Wanda Carroll.
He passed away June 13, 1975, after a gun accident at his parents' homein the Jake’s Branch community.[1]
He was buried in the Lowe Cemetery in Scott County, Tennessee, USA.[2]
