Biography

Ellen was born on 15 Jul 1883 in Anderson County, TN. Her parents were John J. Low and Elizabeth (Bunch) Lowe. She had 9 siblings. Ellen Lowe married Hiram Wootson Lowe and they married around 1901. They had two children together Elbert Quartz Lowe Parley T. Lowe. Ellen Lowe passed away in 1965 about the age of 72 or 73 years. She passed away in Benton County and is buried at Boswell Cemetery in Boswell, Benton County, Indiana, USA beside her husband.
