Biography
Bertram was born in 1894. [1]
Bertram Lowe wed Alice in Walsall in 1913 He passed away in 1968.
He emigrated from England with his wife Alice (Short) Lowe and eventually settled in Bronte Ontario where he was the school custodian and the school crossing guard. [2]
