Jemin was born in 1922. She is the daughter of Johnnie Lowe and Lucinda Pair.
Jemin B Lowe was enumerated as daughter of the head of household at Poor Farm Road, Militia District 1292, Cobb County, Georgia for the April 17, United States Census, 1930. She was noted as born 1922 in Georgia and single as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head John C Lowe, wife Beatrice Lowe, daughter Mary Agnes Lowe, son Hubert M Lowe, daughter Lillian V Lowe, son Clyde H Lowe and son Hollis Lowe.[1]
